Opportunities
Organic and Biodynamic Meats Western Australia Co-operative Limited.
A group of organic and biodynamic farmers are marketing collectively through a co-operative company started by producers for this purpose in 2007. The co-op is supplying certified organic and biodynamic meats to retail outlets throughout Perth and WA, and also has an exclusive supply arrangement with a major West Australian meat processor. They have a growing membership base of 24, and are looking for more producers. They have particularly promising markets for sheep meats year round, and for cattle particularly those supplied over autumn and winter.
